Superb product for the price. Nearly 35 years ago, while in Germany on business, I purchased a chef's knife from Henkels. We STILL have the knife, use it daily and treasure the old world attention to quality and detail. I hope the new ones lives up to that tradition and that my Grand kids will use them for the next 35 years!
