Expensive, but wonderful
I hate raw meat. I hate its fattiness and this had made filleting chicken breasts and trimming off the fat a breeze. I can't remember what life was like before this knife.
It's Wusthof...
Wusthof classic line, seen a lot of them and they're all amazing. Super sharp, great tip, good weight. I prefer this over the 3.5inch though.
4 inch Wusthof utility knife
This was a replacement for the same knife. It is just as handy and sharp as the last one.
