My Favorite Knife
This knife is my very favorite. Intended to be a peeling knife, I use it for so much more. I use it as you would use a paring knife. It is very versitle.
I bought this knife as an addition to sets of Henckels I purchased for my married kids. They were a bit intimidated by it's shape at first but quickly came to appreciate it as I do.
