WOW!
I also own a Chef's Choice electric sharpening system that always does a good job, but this little guy has become my favorite. It is capable of sharpening and honing to razor sharpness. What's not to love about that!
knife hone
This handy knife honer does a great and fast job of sharpening. The first time it is used it takes some time to condition the knife blade, but thereafter, just a few swipes and the knife is dangerously sharp...so whatch out!
Works well, handy
Product works as described. You can sharpen any sized knife. FYI-the stone is 12" long, but handle adds at least 5 more inches.
