Cuisinart WMR-HBC Heart-Shaped Waffle Maker, Brushed Stainless

Perfect Waffles Every Time!
There isn't anything I don't like about this Waffle Maker.

It uses a red light/green light system to tell you when the waffles are ready (other than a noisy timer like other waffle makers). What I liked best about the Cuisinart is that it had 6 setting for lightness/darkness. I like my waffles on the dark side, so I was glad my waffle maker gave me this option.

With it's non-stick surface the waffles come right out, and clean-up is a snap.

The heart shape is fun for kids too! I'd never go back to a regular square or round shaped waffle. You can pull these apart into individual heart shapes or leave them together for one large flower shape.

You'll want to make Waffles every morning with the Cuisinart Heart-Shaped Waffle Maker!

Classy, easy to use!
This is great. I love the brushed stainless steel. It looks really classy. The heart shaped (or flower-shaped if you keep it whole) is fun and good for special occasions as well as every day. These make good sized waffles- most kids could eat one whole one. Also, the recommended batter amount makes a waffle that is more thin than thick. That is good, because they are more on the crispy side and less likely to be doughey.

The only problem (and it's a slight one) is once you put the batter in after preheating, the waffle maker doesn't register that there is batter in the maker until several moments later. You need to make sure to press down the lid firmly and just know that it will resume a red light and recognize that it is cooking in a few seconds.

There are several fun recipes included with the maker, from chocolate to whole-wheat waffles. The recipe for basic waffles is delicious! This waffle maker been a great purchase for me.

Quality product
We loved this waffle maker. After trying to save money on cheaper models, we finally decided to buy a quality one. The waffles turned out nice and crisp instead of limp. The only drawback I saw was the lack of an audible sign the waffles were done. With just the green light to tell when they were done, the cook was forced to stay nearby to watch. As we tend to make waffles by the dozen, this was a little inconvenient. All in all though, I would recommend this product.
