Treasure!
I use this pan to make hair removal sugaring paste. It is elegant to work with and it's structure allows me to super fine tune my process. The shape is pleasing to my eye and reminds me of a bad@$$ weapon for a video game... So it makes 30 min at the stove constantly stirring a super pleasant and treasured time for me. Worth the price if into quality over quantity.
Great saucier - a little large
The company sent it right away and it was in good condition. This saucier seems to heat more evenly than the all-clad saucier and the handle is much more sturdy. My wife, who is a bit short, has difficulty with the height of the handle, but she also had some difficulty with the all-clad handle. The pan is one that we use often and really enjoy. I might have purchased the 2 quart instead, but I was thinking that I could do more with the bigger size. This is true, but it is a bit large for my daily oatmeal - although I still enjoy use it for that.
