Emile Henry Pie Pans Are the Best
It performs as promised: you can take it from the freezer and put it directly into a preheated oven without harming the dish. Plus, it is beautiful to look at, and my pie edges have never been prettier.

Emile Henry is the answer to every pie maker's prayer. As durable and beautiful as advertised!
BEAUTIFUL
This is a very beautiful, quality pie pan. But it's sooooo big. Made a pumpkin pie using the usual can of filling, but it only filled half the pan. It also took much longer an usual to bake I really don't know why. I'll try other pies, like Apple and see it I have better results.
