Berndes 9.5 Inch Sauteuse Pan with Glass Lid
This is the best pan my wife has ever used. It is completely non-stick. And it's made of very high thermal conductivity thick aluminum so it heats absolutely evenly and can boil sauces without scorching. Since we bought this we have acquired other Berndes pans and they are all equally excellent.
