The Best Cookware Out There!
I started collecting Berndes Signocast recently after going to stores, looking at stainless, comparing with Swiss Diamond, and did my homework. I had an advantage in that I had accidentally purchased a normal size Signocast fry pan years ago, and found that it was the most used pan in our collection. Then my daughter, who works for a major, well known healthy food products grocery store, used this as her mainstay as well. So I have purchased this latest 2 quart saucepan, as well as a 1 quart, 3 quart, large pot, huge 13 inch skillet, and 11 inch skillet as well. The items all cook extraordinarily well, hold heat and distribute it evenly, and best of all, clean up in a flash....almost a pleasure to do pots. Can't say that about stainless...All Clad looks beautiful when it's new --- over years, if treated like a baby will retain its beauty...but it's a LOT of work. Same with other stainless pots. Each has a positive characteristic. But Berndes Signocast is the best for my money,...
